卢新华,男,汉族,湖北洪湖人,1986年6月出生,现为UFC APP下注平台副教授、硕士生导师。2008年获UFC APP下注平台港口航道及治河工程专业学士学位,2013年获UFC APP下注平台水力学及河流动力学专业博士学位。2011-2013年在美国Johns Hopkins University访学。2015年12月被聘为UFC APP下注平台副教授。

主要研究方向为:水环境数值模拟,水沙数学模型研发与应用,水库坝前泥沙冲淤规律与防沙减淤措施,溃坝溃堰及蓄滞洪区洪水运动模拟,近岸海域水动力过程研究,高效并行数值计算方法等。目前主持了国家自然科学基金、湖北省自然科学基金、中国博士后科学研究基金等纵向科研课题,以及几座长江大桥水沙数学模型专题研究等横向科研课题。近年来在Computer Methods in Applied Mechanics and Engineering、Water Resources Research、Physics of Fluids、Ocean Modelling、Coastal Engineering、Computers & Fluids、水科学进展、泥沙研究等国内外权威期刊上发表论文30余篇,其中SCI收录论文17篇,EI论文4篇。自主研发了基于非结构三角形与四边形混合网格的平面二维及三维水沙、污染物输移等数学模型。获湖北省自然科学优秀论文二等奖1项(排名第一)。
